ABOUT THE PROJECT

STRATEGIC AIRPORT MASTER PLAN

Sugar Land Regional Airport (SGR) is beginning an Airport Master Plan Update to better chart the future course of SGR. To help with these objectives, the consulting team of R.A. Wiedemann & Associates, Inc. and Parkhill, Smith & Cooper Engineers has been retained by the City of Sugar Land with funding assistance from TxDOT.

There are a number of objectives for the study including: recommended levels and quality of services and facilities provided, management and staffing recommendations, and development of a blueprint for aviation activity expansion at the Airport over the next 20 years.
